Introducing Our Veteran’s Program in Honoring Heroes & Empowering Their Lives
For more details and to sign up or contribute. Visit our website Disabled Veterans Program page at: https://www.kodadogtraining.com/disabled-veterans-program
At Koda Dog Training by Pup-Cessories Crafts, LLC., we believe every veteran who has bravely served our country deserves to be recognized and supported in every way possible. That’s why we are proud to launch our new DISABLED VETERANS PROGRAM - Honoring Heroes & Empowering Their Lives, dedicated to providing disabled U.S. Veterans with custom service dog gear for their service dogs—absolutely free. This initiative is not just about gear; it’s about expressing our gratitude, restoring dignity, and making a tangible difference in the lives of those who have given so much.
For those wondering how they can make a real impact:
This program is built on trust, community, a complete transparency. We are committed to being completely open about every dollar donated and will show every penny donated on our website. What you will see is, who gives, when, how much and how it’s used—because your trust is paramount.
DISABLED VETERANS PROGRAM - Honoring Heroes & Empowering Their Lives | Here is How it Works:
As donations come in, we will add them to two items on our site within the Disabled Veterans Program page. On an infographic chart showing the progress of increasing funds donated and a list that shows who donated (with name, alias, or Anonymous for those who wish to protect their privacy).
Once we reach our $300 donation goal for each veteran, we’ll randomly select a veteran through a digital randomizer wheel app. Where all qualified veterans signed up for our program will be placed. Once the goal is received, we will use the randomizer wheel to pick a disabled veteran and videorecord the winner being chosen as we hit the go button on the randomizer wheel. We will post this video on our site as well to show everyone who won and will be updated once we reach a point where the next disabled veteran will be chosen. Finally, we will try to post pictures and videos of the veteran’s with their gear on their dogs if they are ok and agree to do so.
Supporters can stay engaged and see the positive impact of their contributions through our dedicated transparency and storytelling efforts on our website and social media channels.
Regular Updates on Our Website: We will post updates after each veteran is selected, sharing photos and stories (with the veteran's consent). These stories highlight how their donation made a difference.
Live Donation Tracker: We plan to include a real-time progress bar on our website showing how close we are to reaching our $300 goal for each veteran, so supporters can see how their donations contribute to upcoming recipients.
Video and Photo Highlights: Whenever a veteran receives their gear, we'll share a short video or photo update documenting the moment—these will be available on our site and social media pages. This is subject to receiving permission from the veteran and will only be shared with their consent.
Monthly Impact Reports: We will send out newsletters or email updates summarizing recent veterans helped, total funds raised, and upcoming goals, giving supporters a clear view of our collective progress.
Option for Anonymity: Supporters who prefer privacy can choose to remain anonymous, but we’ll still share aggregate data and success stories with all donors to showcase our program’s overall impact—your donation and support will remain private if you wish it so but, no less impactful.
Your support directly helps veterans feel appreciated and equipped—by sharing their stories transparently, we aim to show every supporter the heartwarming outcomes of their generosity.
And here’s the powerful part: if additional gear is needed beyond the $300 goal, Koda Dog Training & Gear by Pup-Cessories Crafts, LLC. will cover those costs—including shipping—to ensure our heroes receive everything they need. Whether it’s a little extra or a lot, we are committed to making sure every veteran gets the full support they deserve—no matter the amount. Parallel to this, if less than the $300 is used to make the gear for each veteran that wins for each drawing, the remained of unused funds will go right back into the pot for the next drawing.
The number of veterans we can help depends entirely on your generosity. Each gift—big or small—brings us closer to transforming a veteran’s life. To make giving easier, donations are tax-free and straightforward—$25 is simply $25, with no hidden fees or surprises.

How do we plan to ensure that veterans feel comfortable and willing to share their stories publicly with their consent?
Respect for Privacy and Comfort: We will always seek explicit consent from veterans before sharing any stories, photos, or videos. We’ll explain clearly how their stories will be used and give them the option to decline or specify what they’re comfortable sharing.
Building Trust and Rapport: Our team will take the time to get to know each veteran personally, fostering a trusting relationship. We want them to feel valued and understood, which encourages openness and confidence in sharing their experiences if they choose to do so.
Offering Anonymity Options: Veterans can choose to share their stories anonymously or with just their first name or initials—whatever makes them most comfortable.
Empowering Choice: Sharing is always voluntary, and veterans can change their minds at any time. We’ll ensure they know they’re in control of their story and how it’s shared.
Creating a Respectful Platform: Our designated sharing spaces will be sensitive, respectful, and designed to honor their service. We’ll avoid sensationalism and focus on authentic, heartfelt storytelling.
Our goal is to celebrate veterans’ bravery while respecting their boundaries. We believe that when veterans feel safe and supported, their stories can inspire others and foster genuine appreciation and understanding.
Join us in this heartfelt mission. Let’s honor our heroes, restore their independence, and show them that their sacrifice has not gone unnoticed. Together, we can make a lasting impact—one veteran at a time.
